Last Friday, with some colleagues, we've organized a wine tasting evening at the Brasserie La Chaumiere at Ramonville Saint Agne.
The picture above displays the 6 wines we tasted during this very didactic soirée.
Don't worry we had also something to eat. Mr Galinier, the host, have prepared a lot of small toasts with Ducjk Grattons, Foie Gras, Tapenade, Gambas, Chicken Tandoori, Chick of Pork with Orange Jam.
All these was really delicious and in tune with the wine.
We have tasted :
- Côtes de Tarn Sauvignon d'Or Domaine d'En Ségur - Sweet white wine (Vin de Pays)
- Pacherenc de Vic Bilh Jardin de Bouscassé 2005 - Dry white wine (A.O.C)
- Fronton Le Roc Reserve 2004 - Red wine (A.O.C)
- Gaillac Prunelart 2006 Plageoles - Red wine (A.O.C)
- Côtes de Saint de Mont Monastère 2002 - Red wine (V.D.Q.S)
- Gaillac Coteaux d'Oustry - Sparkling wine (A.O.C)

Interesting sounding event, to say the least. Do you and your friends do this often?
By the way, the mushroom photo is merely a question mark in a box.
I love wine tastings....very nice...
Great photos. Glad you had a good time wine tasting.
Thanks for visiting my NorthBayPhoto blog. As for the word "stubby" it's an actual Canadian word that refers to the short beer bottle.
