I have one day late but never mind here are the Crêpes I did on the 2nd of February which is named Chandeleur.
Did you also cooked these tasteful thin Crêpes for your family ?

What do you put in it ? Melted chocolate, jam, sugar

Tea, Hot Chocolate and Cappuccino
On the terrace of Le Florida, a famous café on the Place du Cap' (Capitole) in the center of Toulouse. We always make a break here for a Tea or a Hot Chocolate or a Cappuccino.

Les Médiévales #5 : le millas
The Millas is a local preparation made with cornflour cooked like a semolina with water, more rarely with milk. Once heated, this preparation which will be solidified in a farinaceous cloth could be cut out in squares. Millas is normally served fried with butter and sugar.
