Saturday Market

There is a Market every Saturday in the Main Street of Baziège with local vegetable producers, 2 butchers, 2 poultry farmers with fresh (or organic) eggs, a fish store, a cheese store, a dressmaker and 5 to 10 other small stands.
So as we live nearby (5mn by feet), we buy what we need for the lunch and for the week also (we often go also to the market of Montgiscard on Sunday morning).
Today it was : radish and beet, beefsteak and garden peas, strawberries and Chantilly cream.

You're right, Gerald if you could ear, smell, taste and touch !!
Do you think that "Open Market" is the official word for such a market ?
