The Millas is a local preparation made with cornflour cooked like a semolina with water, more rarely with milk. Once heated, this preparation which will be solidified in a farinaceous cloth could be cut out in squares. Millas is normally served fried with butter and sugar.

Les Médiévales #1 : Le Mascaret de Riols
Each year, "Les Médiévales de Baziege" takes place in Baziège at the beginning of November.
Medieval banquet, public conferences and medieval arts & crafts fair are organized based on the theme of Middle Ages.
This year a Medieval musical band called "Le Mascaret de Riols" was invited to play in the streets.
